Amazing Company. 5 Stars!
Only negative is...
Summertime order pulling is horrible
In the heat. No airflow. Sweaty and exhausting.
Would be great if there were industrial fans inside.
Uncontrolled environment with no airflow= slow labor
Controlled environment with airflow= fast productive labor.
Airflow would make working in heat better and less energy drained.
No fans and no airflow would result in slower progression and heat fatigue.

This is a 5 star company still.
