My car broke down on my way to work in Dearborn and was completely stranded on Michigan Ave. After securing a tow, my car was dropped off at the service center here and completely taken care of. I didn't even have to miss a minute of work! David in the Service department made sure to explain everything the next few days while my Jeep had work done through phone. Then, after I picked it up, something else was not right so, after contacting him, he immediately took the time to reevaluate the car and make sure everything was in working order without cost to me. I am confident in the service I received and would recommend this department to any Jeep owner!
