The worst customer service I have ever experienced...

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I always had a good feeling about the Brother brand and was very happy with my printer.
But when he did not have a defect after half a year and I wanted to get help from the customer service via e-mail, I soon realized that nobody here wanted to help me.
I always got the same preconceived answers that just turned me off. Questions were not answered and my emails were obviously not (correctly) read.

I no longer support this company.
