Heaps of fun, and a great way to give the kids a taste of skiing without going to the expense of going to - and staying at - the real thing.

Friendly and helpful staff (aside from one that didn't seem to understand what I thought was a pretty plain question).

Not exactly cheap (and the prices at the restaurant were eye watering) but overall a very cool experience.
