I have been working with Alivenet Solution as a Cloud Computing Expert
Pros:
I think most of IT company need quantity work, but in this company always need quality work and it can be helpful for growth and learn. I think Alivenet Solution has a perfect work and personal life balance. The people whom you work with are amazing out there. They are the definition of what a team is called. I have till date worked with 3 IT companies, I have never come across such company who has all good and selfless people under a same roof. Or may be team for which I was working was amazingly supportive.
The Management is highly motivated and has a vision which brings lot of positive energy in the team.
Great Work culture, Best of talented colleagues, Flexible working hours.
Just an awesome place and an excellent step in my career to be associated with such a company.
I am always feeling as a company family member not an employee.

Advice to Management
Keep getting in touch with people working at ground level multiple times for improvement. Otherwise management is been doing great by keeping their employees happy and taking care by fulfilling their needs wherever possible
