And yes I have called several times between those 48 hours to see why she hasn t called back and the response is that she is busy, because we have had several emergencies today . If you can afford it, which I can t now due to paying $280 up front for a puppy package, go somewhere else where they will care for your pet and provide good customer service to you. I KNOW THAT ANIMALS ARE YOUR PRIORITY AND YOUR CUSTOMERS BUT THE HUMANS ARE THE ONES THAT PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES, so a little respect to them wouldn t hurt you Downtown Animal Care Center.
