I m satisfied with the Neatdesk scanner and the software. Easy to learn and easy use. The thing I like the most about Neatdesk is LORREN, my support representative. She has gone above and beyond what I expected from customer service for Neatdesk. Because of her, I ve decided to stick with the software and I m excited about getting the upgrade to Premium as soon as I get my business up and running! Lorren, you re absolutely the best.
