I highly recommend to this clinic to better train and TEACH their nurses to take PCR nasal swabs because of the recklessness I ve experienced on the night of the August, 20 is outrageous. I ve seen men crying leaving the procedures room, my friend cried. I was just shocked and in severe pain for another couple of hours and it s been 2 days since then but I still have this discomfort and burning feeling in my nose. I think she broke inside my nasal cavity. I wish nothing worst happens to me any further but after this experience I m scared to go for testing and trust medical staff. I wish they read my feedback and do something about it.
