This place is so bad that I'm surprised the police...

This place is so bad that I'm surprised the police haven't shut them down. It's filthy, the workers are glassy-eyed and neglectful, and my friends have told me horror stories of dogs getting cuts and bruises from neglect as well as getting into bloody fights with the other dogs. If you have any sympathy for animals at all, please do not patronize this privately-owned nightmare.
