Stayed at the Episode in July. On arrival we were given the key for room 27 on entering we were shocked to discover the room was left as it was bed unmade room in a dreadful mess. The manager then gave us room 29 which was very dark and dingy only a little window and a small fan.

Would also like to point out that the steps into the hotel are not disabled friendly. Wouldn't stay again
