This dealership is a true class act. I have had my Infiniti G37 Convertible in for routine service a few times, and one concern with tire noise. Every single interaction with the customer service has been beyond compare. My primary contact has been MJ Dielo in the service department. He has taken all of my concerns and addressed them appropriately, following up with me to let me know what is going on each step of the way. He also made sure to have the vehicle prepared for me before my flights returned to town. The way the service department is run, and the ownership the employees take in their daily activities makes this a true flagship for Infiniti that all should strive to model their service after. MJ is truly the best there is.
