This title company is horrible. I strongly and definitely do not recommend having your business with. One of the title agents (JB ) at Clearwater office did not go over the condo docs at the closing and it s later learned after the signing that I could not use the property for rental purposes : have to live in the property for two years! She neglected to disclose the very important document on the closing day. She did not return calls and did absolutely nothing to help with the situation. She has no reliable and also irresponsible for her action. I cannot believe how this agent can live her life like nothing happened. Stay away from this title company. They will take your money and do nothing for you.
