I paid for a 5-day delivery for an online order and it took a month and a half. They pass the blame on, don't reply to e-mails, etc. I wanted to cancel and they couldn't do that, either. I ended up getting an incomplete order.
If they're biting more than they can chew, they should at least warn about delays. I'm sure it's not all Charlie's fault.
