Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in this line of work. I ordered Plenum Gaskets and other gaskets for an Audi to do a carbon clean up. I ordered the parts online and had them priority mailed to me. When the Plenum gaskets came in, only 1 gasket was in the box and the other 5 were missing. I went online and made a request for the other 5 gaskets to be shipped and I also called customer service about have them shipped overnight since I needed to have this car back together in a timely manner. They said NO and that it wouldn't probably ship till tomorrow (Friday) and that " I would be lucky if it was delivered by Monday". After a few minutes of me asking why they could not have it overnight mailed to me since it was messed up on their end, I was told that I would have to pay $28 to have it mailed overnight. The guy was a jerk that I spoke to and I will never recommend this kind of customer service to anyone no matter how much I disliked that person. I've lost money making sure my customers are happy because they come back and spend more money.
