1) I noticed they reported something that isn't mine 2) when they called me, they would wait til I answered then hang up w/o saying anything. 3) when I got ahold of a live human, she was completely incapable of helping me, or transferring me to a Supervisor or putting me on hold while she talked to her supervisor, hence I heard supervisor say "just hang up on her." MORONS
