- Every time I call Generali they only know how to say, I will get an answer within 48 hours. In addition to not meeting deadlines, they make me waste my time and money by calling them back
- The attempt to solve the problem has been to send me a commercial offer with a repair value that is below the commercial values that can be found in the market
Conclusion, I still do not have my apartment repaired, I have given you 2 very simple options;
1 - Send someone to do the repair
2 - Pay the value of the commercial budget
I want my apartment fixed please
