My opinion of Starcrest is very poor. My elderly mother has ordered from this company numerous times. At first there customer service was great but recently she placed an order and received all but one of her items. She has called the last two weeks and has been on hold at certain times for an hour. She finally gives up and hangs up. I have emailed them and never got a response. She does not have a computer so I went on the tracking web site that they advertise on the phone recording but cannot find an area to ask the status of her order.
I m sure that Starcrest main customers are elderly and now I understand why. At least where my mother is involved. They can take her money and don t send her her items, cash her check and not bother sending her a refund. Now we have been on hold trying to reach customer service for 10 minutes.
Again, my opinion and I have asked her not to order anything else from this company. She lives in a retirement village and I told her that she should let her neighbors know how she has been treated!!!
