I'm currently still employed here (barely) and I experienced pure prejudice at the first home I was sent to by a staff member and the HOUSE MANAGER on a couple occasions . I called and made reports to the Aoc and CCO of the company and I was told that I was being switched out with another staff at another house and basically I was gonna get their schedule. Well, I worked one training day over there and haven't worked since because I guess the other staff needs to approve it and has not yet. This company is fully aware of me being pregnant and needing a source of income but I guess the black girls have to wait for whatever they can get . Will not recommend this job to anyone ((MINORITES SPECIFICALLY)
