We had 3 guys come in to check why AC unit isn't functioning.
After an hour,one guy came in and said the machines are not operable and beyond reasonable repair and yet charged me 700$ for service fees and replacing contactor (which did not fix the issue after all). They mentioned contactor failed,poorly installed, evap frozen,dual run capacitor low ,low air flow ,unit restricted metering,builder grade complaints on these AC units.He said this charge will be waived if I buy new units with them.

While another electrician got this fixed for 150$ and we have been using the same units for more than an year now.

I agree with another customer who posted here.Their crew is so rude and can't be polite when explaining the fix options.They are downright getting to replace the units.

Why don't the service crew just talk about fixing things?Not everyone is ready to replace the units just because A#1 crew can't fix the issue.
A#1 It's a total rip off
