The work isn't that physically exhausting but they lack the sufficient number of employees with the knowledge and experience to run the amount of equipment they want to so the workload tends to be more then what it should be per individual and the hours are long and there's always mandatory forced overtime every single week.....and the breaks are wayyyy too short, especially the 20 min unpaid lunch break, it's bad enough that we don't get paid for it but they should at least give us the time to be able to enjoy it! Nonetheless, it is solid employment that pays fairly well for entry-level positions with a company that is thriving even throughout the pandemic!
