We had the great pleasure of having Elsie care for our 4 month old son for four days in January. She was the first non-family member to care for him and we couldn t be more thrilled with her expertise and loving care. She had our bottle fussy boy taking 5-6 ounces a feed and sleeping 3 solid naps from the first day. She was also incredibly sweet to my 3 year old when I came home with her after preschool. And she kindly lent me a hand as I scrambled to cook dinner. She has it all - professional skills and personality. I feel so lucky and so grateful to Elsie
