Mold and water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom that was filthy overall!! Thank goodness I travel with Clorox wipes and Lysol!
Booked on priciline and then got hit with an additional $100 in fees. The staff was nice but not very competent. The hallways and our room smelled of cigarettes and there cigarette burns in both of the comforters. Needless to say we slept on top of them. There was only one set of towels in the bathroom so I called down to the front desk to request more. After waiting an hour, I walked down to the front desk to request more and was told that I "need to be patient". When I was asked about my stay I expressed my disgust and was given a complimentary drink ticket for the bar however by this time it was closed. I requested a late check out but was told that it was not available. Got a text from the hotel the next morning asking me to rate my stay on a scale of 1 to 10 to which I replied "1". At check out I was offered a complimentary turkey sandwich as compensation for an unpleasant visit.
