Not the kind of person to ever write reviews but the service is laughable. I was trying to add a vehicle to my policy and sat on hold over the course of 3 days anywhere between 2 and 6 hours on multiple phone lines calling multiple different departments and finally a representative forwarded me on to someone after 3 days. NOW im trying to cancel a motorbike policy as I sold the bike, and this is now Thursday afternoon, I've been on hold for 4 hours today, and have been trying to contact someone since MONDAY LAST WEEK!! this is now 9 days on hold approximately waiting anywhere between 1-4 hours on hold this time. I guess ill give it one more shot tomorrow and then ill contact my bank to block their withdrawals...
