My history w/ ebay has been excellent, but my last two purchases were never received. One has never been addressed and the other, which you say has been resolved hasn't been. Seller, Koutja_0, says the tracking number showed it was received. I never got a tracking number to follow it up. Now since ebay states a money back guaranyee I'd liked to see ebay follow through.
