I was very excited at first. Not sure if I just let myself believe or if they actively fooled me but I thought this was through local Fireman. The man that installed might have been but was a total D. Sadly I was never been impressed with the service. I suppose it does it's job .Cops have come to the house after the alarm was triggered. But it was a false alarm, that their system triggered, and RED tried to charge me for.

The price is expensive and the customer service I feel is very low. We got our annual service today the man says to my wife, "I'm here to change the batteries." I'd forgotten to give her a heads up so she's obviously confused. Why not, "Hi, I'm with Red Safety hear for your annual service." At least pretend to care.

They are difficult to get a hold of. And slow responding to emails. I'd have cancelled by now but the fee is "remainder of contract" might as well keep it if I have to pay for it all anyway. I won't be coming back.
