When my triumph thunderbird 1600 was knocked over by a careless driver, I was devastated especially as I was going to the prynees in three days time, on the bike! After contacting my insurance broker, I was put in touch with 4th Dimensions. They quickly arranged a pickup from my house within two days. I was offered a replacement bike but could not carry a pillion. I declined the offer as my wife really wanted to go with me!!

During my holiday I was contacted by their estimating department. From then on I was consistently kept upto date with progress. As a first time claimant during my 40 years of riding/driving, I had many questions. The staff were always happy to answer my many questions being extremely patient with me.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending 4th Dimension to anyone. By the way nearly forgot, my bike, when brought back was in a near like new condition.......great people. Thank you so very much
