MONEY GRABBERS! BEWARE! I was a committed customer at Spa Junkie for FOUR MONTHS. I was on the loyalty plan where it's 5 Brazilians/Bikini, and the 6th one is free. After two services, I kindly explained to them that I only needed Brazilian service every 5 weeks, not 4 and they AGREED to stamp my loyalty card. They stamped my card four times. When it came to the 5th service, THEY REFUSED to stamp my card. When I asked why, they said the owner specifically said NOT TO STAMP MY CARD BECAUSE I CAME EVERY 5 WEEKS, NOT EVERY FOUR WEEKS. I explained to them that this was confusing since I had my card stamped 4 times already (and was clearly a committed customer), and I specifically talked to the owner on the 4th service and she was the one that stamped the card the 4th time. After making a fuss about it, they tried to contact the owner who did not get back to me when I asked for it to be stamped the 5th time. This shows me that the business owners ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND NOT ABOUT SERVICE since I was a DEDICATED CUSTOMER FOR 4 MONTHS. It's a shame as they lost a loyal customer and most of the girls here do amazing service, too bad they have greedy business owners that care more about the money than about providing good service to loyal customers. I will be reporting this business practice to BBB as well.
