I wanted a make over with someone who would listen...

I wanted a make over with someone who would listen to me and I wanted color highlighted and a cut...for 147 dollars I got the color..can hardly see highlights and super short hair..I had even said I didn't want my hair so short but she did it anyway..the way my hair grows super short doesn't work..I cried when I saw my hair!!
