I was in NY (Times Square) and it was my first time in NY. So, for me it was so exciting visiting Carlo's Bakery. I went 3 times and ordered cannolis. These were good but the service was SO BAD. Long lines and the 3 times only one cashier, so this was wasted time. I sat with my husband on a broken table, I couldn't belive it. My husband told me never come back. We are very disappointed. I thought it would be a good experience but it was not.
You need to improve service, you need 2 cashiers!!!

I do not recommend visiting your bakery
