My ordeal began in 2014 and we are now in 2020. Things that were sold to me was that my debt would be cleared within 2 years for a fraction of what I owed. Auto payed them over $300 a month for about 18 months and now I ve been told that some of the accounts were not removed and that there s nothing they can do at this point. My recommendation is call the creditors yourself see what you can negotiate yourself and go forward from there because now I will pay for it again.
