You couldn t pay me to buy another camper from Funtown.
Camper was listed online and we went through the purchase with John in Cleburne. Drive 6 hours to find it s not the same camper we looked at online. It was completely different color scheme on the outside and the inside was a different lighter color. We purchase a Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen LTZ online and upon arrival it is not an LTZ. Although the amenities were very similar John lied to us telling us these were stock photos when they were clearly taken in the Funtown parking lot.
2 days after driving it home the black tank handle wasn t connected and no one at F Town could tell me how it went on so I fixed it myself. First camping trip both batteries go bad. I replaced them on June 6th and still haven t been reimbursed. My power inverter was bad and they ordered it and I installed it myself because they didn t get it in time. My shower doors were installed backwards. My ac s can t keep up. My black tank handle came off again after they fixed it so I had to thread lock it on. My trailer brake locked up on one axle and I had to source my own parts and pay for it. Was told they d contact tire store and handle it and they never even called them. I was reimbursed for that tho.
You can t even call and speak to someone without 10 minutes of hold time. To say I m fed up and unimpressed would be a complete understatement.
Management was made aware and then washed their hands of this assuming their people had it handled.
Good thing I m at least mechanical or our summer of camping would ve been ruined.
