I only have experience with one other major VA hospital (and it was a much larger one/larger network). I was wholly dispapointed when I came here. There is so much bureaucracy and red tape. It is so hard to get the help you need and rightfully deserve. There are services not even provided such as chiropractic and acupuncture treatment and the reason is because of our director. There are doctors who have volunteered to pay for the training themselves. Every time I ask why something is so messed up they all say thank our director for that. Maybe when she retires we can join the modern age of medical treatment and have the proper care without so much BS to go through. Getting care shouldn't be a fight.
