Getting my car serviced at BMW Ridgefield was the best experience I have had at a car dealership! Everyone was so polite and they went above and beyond to explain everything. I was sent video updates to my cell phone of inspections while I was waiting in the comfortable lounge. They even offered to wash my car after the oil change! Instead of being a stressful errand it was actually so pleasant and relaxing all around. I am looking forward to the next time I need to bring my car in!
