The manager of the service in Velika Gorica Mr. Mario (or Marko?) Plav i unfortunately did not want to give me a term for service and said in a mildly unkind way that he did not want to receive the vehicle with the explanation that I had not serviced my vehicle so far in the mentioned service in V. Gorica and that he would quote: "no kite". At one time with my previous Renault vehicle, I was in service with them and I was satisfied with the service, but this was a really unpleasant experience. Although I do not think this will change anything, because of all the above, I objected to Renault Croatia because I do not think it is a way of communicating with potential customers and I chose another service.
