I was supposed to receive my water for my business...

I was supposed to receive my water for my business on 9/3/2020 but it never arrived. I called Thursday, 9/10 (a week later) and was told it was to be scheduled for Monday 9/14 between 10-6pm since the driver came when we weren't opened yet. Now around 4pm on 9/14, I called to see if the delivery was still coming and was told we are scheduled for 9/17? The girl on the phone last week specifically told me MONDAY 9/14. Your driver delivered outside of our business hours on the original date of 9/3, and no one ever notified us that there was a failed delivery attempt. I had to wait an entire week and contact YOU in order to see what happened in the first place. When I called today and to be told we are now being pushed to 9/17, not only are we upset that we were told the wrong redelivery date, but you are unable to move the delivery up even though we are COMPLETELY out of water. We have been ordering water from Absopure for many years and we are extremely dissatisfied with your service. The last couple deliveries the driver has been very rude, making remarks about how they don't pay him enough. Now with this happening I don't blame him for complaining about corporate.
