Watson is simply an outstanding company and has an impressive list of awards & recognition to back it up. There are many long-tenured employees here and the design team and manufacturing floor run at an extremely high level of competency. The leadership suite is transparent with corporate objectives and very approachable to employee suggestions for efficiency or process improvements. The corporate culture at Watson is distinct and refreshingly free of office politics. The campus itself is a gem, with a woodland jogging trail around the property and even fruiting apple trees, some over 50 years old. For this reason the facility has earned the nickname the "Orchard".
