Hotel is dated and pictures on the web are mislead...

Hotel is dated and pictures on the web are misleading. Reception staff are like robots. Poor and limited breakfast. Cleanliness can be improved. No lift. Parking is available and very close to shops etc. We have booked 2 rooms 1 of which was dirty. Not value for money
