I'm only giving 4 stars because I've not bought anything yet! But I have been a couple time to browse their Kayak's. They carry very high quality products. And the Staff, so far, have been extremely helpful, polite and extremely knowledgeable on the products they sale.
I have been kayaking for the last two years now and only using big box cheap kayaks. Now that I have some experience, knowledge and I know this wasn't one of those hobbies that I so often drop. I have been looking at the higher end Kayak's and whitewater Kayak's. They are the closest shop to me, and i am glad that they are so nice and helpful. Employing people like that makes me want to go there and shop and not buy online.
