They have a lot of properties to offer but the attitude from the staff in the main office is absolutely shocking
Used this service had a room in very tidy place, despite the covid outbreak, they handled and help me to move on. Now working full time, I really appreciate the help, even though it was hard. I look back and thank you all.
Bad company never communicate lack of it properties are never cleaned at all supposed to have a cleaner that does it never seen a property in such a state i would advise anyone not to accept a 2 bed flat on acfold road handsworth wood lucky they even had one star if it was up to me it would be no star no fire alarms at all fitted dangerous in a situation of a fire and they never answer the emergency number when provided
This is a currupt and exploiting organisation, who shouldn't be allowed to operate under any form of licence. They are masquerading as a homeless charity - offering run-down, unmaintenanced accommodation facilities across the Birmingham area, and offering this accommodation to people who are in receipt of benefits, whilst having the temerity to request from any potential tenant - all their tenancy history, including legal, and/or criminal history. Their mission statement states that they are committed to supporting these tenants with certain provisions, but this is a complete fallousy, as their idea of support just means a 'rent collector' They have absolutely no interest in any person-but only the money they can make from them. All their staff are so ignorant, and inflamed with their self-importance-you will be heavily warned to avoid.
Excellent housing agency! Have put me I a lovely self contained and Julie, Michael and Asim in the office are extremely helpful and lovely to get on with, I highly recommend!

All I can say is that they are very corrupt special the dogy managers who cannot speak proper English and TAKE CARE.
First of all the staff don't care about homeless people only the money they get. The confidentiality is appalling on so many levels. Housing is dirty and I've been to many they have. I could go on about the lack of support they give and the owner who thinks his a gangster called Ziggy and his partner kieth both whom are not fit for this job. If I could give a zero I would.
