If you are a Forecourt DO NOT take their services. They are a bunch of inept, incompetent cowboys. Some of the worst customers service you will receive. A 7 year old has more technical knowledge than some of the people working at Htec.

8.30 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday

I don't expect to be cut off after waiting for 25 minutes on the phone. And then every time I call back after that. Very very poor customer service

Wish I could give this company zero starts but not possible. Dullards clueless about how to solve real problems. Time wasters, who hang up when you don't say what they want to hear, if you want proper service, go elsewhere.
They will chase you with their registered number and if you block it, some staff member will call you on your mobile using his/her personal mobile. So unprofessional. They think they are being clever but unfortunately they are just plain useless.
Never seen a company so desperate for business.

After some teething problems (like with any new system) the system has settled down. I have found the management and staff very helpful. They will do their best to help you and sort out any issues you might have.
Andy Gent, their Customer Relations manager has been a great help along with Paresh in sales, Sunny and Sat on the help desk and Ranjit Gill on any installation issues etc.
Any of them are easily contactable even at the week ends.
A great company and I will highly recmend to any one. Keep it up you are all very dedicated and a valuable asset of this company.

Don't go even near help desk. Rubbish software and hard to support. Bad management.
