Zipp Mobility

Had my first ride with Zipp Mobility in Wycombe today, and the experience was frustrating. The road conditions were poor, with numerous large potholes that made the ride hazardous; I narrowly avoided getting my front wheel stuck and being thrown into traffic. The scooter’s performance was also disappointing, struggling significantly even on minor inclines. Despite showing 32% battery, the scooter slowed to a crawl near the A40 off Chapel Lane, forcing me to push it uphill just to maintain balance. For £4.00, I could have easily taken a MiniCab or ridden a bike, which would have been much faster than walking. I’m left quite disappointed, especially since I only had £5 preloaded.

Signing up for a training course with Zipp Mobility was a breeze. I started off a bit unsure, but the instructors were so welcoming and supportive that my confidence soared almost immediately. It’s clear this program is perfect for anyone looking to easily reach various locations around town.

I had a fantastic experience with Zipp Mobility. Charlie took the time to show us a demo e-scooter and was genuinely interested in our thoughts, happily discussing how the service would work and welcoming our feedback. Riding around the car park felt safe and reassuring, giving me full confidence that I’ll be happy to use these scooters when they become available in town. I just finished a training session at Zipp Mobility and was blown away. I was super nervous at first, worried I’d look like a beginner, but the instructors were so patient and skilled that it only took a few minutes for me to feel completely at ease.
