I recently had an experience with this company that left much to be desired. The product selection is somewhat limited, and it took longer than expected for my order to arrive. 📦 When it did come, the packaging felt inadequate, which made me worry about the condition of the items.
Communication was also lacking. It was challenging to get updates or answers to my questions, which can be quite frustrating. 📞 I expected a smoother process overall.
I believe there is room for improvement, and I hope they can enhance their service and offerings moving forward.
