Yoga Fresh

I ve been going to Yoga Fresh for the past five years. The teachers are all wonderful! I am always learning new skills and feel so strong! A great community of people.

YogaFresh offers a nice variety of classes--including some of my favorites: Barre, Yin, Hatha, Restorative & Meditation--with very knowledgeable and dedicated teachers. I'm so delighted to be a member! Keep up the great work Jen!!

Everyone is so welcoming and kind at Yogafresh. This studio does NOT feel intimidating or competitive like the other studios in the area do. Each of their teachers are so skilled and friendly that no matter what your level or experience, there's a yoga or barre class for you here. Thank you Jen for creating a beautiful space for all of us to enjoy in Woodbury.

I signed up for the $39 introductory special and am LOVING it. I walked in and felt part of the community right from the start. Looking forward to attending many more of the classes at yogafresh.

Hands-down, the best yoga studio. We drive 30 minutes to attend classes here. They have such a variety of classes each day taught by incredibly gifted teachers, each with their own style and energy. Men and women, beginners and experts, young and old, and everyone in between will feel welcome and comfortable here.

I love Yoga - Fresh. Pure and simple. The greatest teachers in Minnesota teach here. The instructors know anatomy and how to adjust properly & are genuine and care about all of their yogis. The cost is reasonable. Class variety is terrific. Jen, the owner, is a wonderful human being and always looking for imput to make the experience better. I love the shop and buy way to many yoga clothes there.

I took a yoga class with Becka Jansen at Yoga Fresh while traveling through the area. Ahem, Becka was amazing! I love checking out new studios while I travel, and have experience with many different types of teachers and styles of Yoga. Becka's classes had a depth to them that you do not usually find in Vinyasa flow classes, she was creative, fun and humble. Thank you for a great class Becka. The studio itself was beautiful, spacious and felt very calming. People of Woodbury, you are blessed to have this studio in your community! :-)

Love this studio! Atmosphere is beautiful, teachers are amazing. They have a large variety of classes. Cannot say enough great things.

The variety of classes is so refreshing and the teacher made me feel right at home. This energy of this place is so welcoming and as soon as you enter their door everything is amazing from beautiful studio rooms and facilities, with tons of props to use, incredible instructors and a cute boutique!!!

I have been a member for several years, and the joy of taking a YF class hasn t waned. I so appreciate that there are many virtual live classes daily and dozens of yoga classes on demand that can be taken, making being a part of the community more accessible during the pandemic. The teachers are top notch, and there are so many varied class offerings.
