Overall we had a great experience here. We ordered the 3 meat plate combo. The steak I felt was dry and had a flavor I did not care for 2 stars. The chicken and beef kabobs are excellent 5 stars. We also ordered the eggplant dip...10 stars!!! So good!! The bonus surprise was the Persian iced tea. best iced tea I've had in a long time

Overall good experience; the food was tasty, and the service was fast and friendly. We had the yas special for two and thought thought the chicken had the best flavor. The filet mignon was a little overcooked and had a lamb flavor, and the ground beef was nice and tender. All-in-all the meat was very juicy and tender, but the chicken stood out the most. I would recommend coming here.

This was an exquisite experience -- ordered #61. It was a chef special with saffron rice, and steamed chicken. There are cranberries, nuts and some other fruit (pomegranate?) That created a symphony of flavors. It was truly amazing way to wrap a busy Saturday night.

Wait staff was friendly and the service was prompt. We ate right before closing.

I agree with other reviews saying the parking lot is too small and oddly laid out. It's also close to a liquor store, so there may be other traffic vying for parking.

Halal meat is served here based on verbal assurance from the staff. I tried the Yas special which is a Kubideh (ground beef kebab) and Cornish Game Hen Kebabs. Pretty good stuff. Also tried the chicken breast kebab. Also good. Comes with a lot of rice and a few pieces of the flat thin persian bread. Only thing which i wish they had was some hot sauce/chutney on the side, for us desis:)! I Got my food to go, so dont know how the service inside the restaurant is, but it looked pretty clean and nice inside. Prices were a little bit more than comparable places. Fast and Friendly service.

This restaurant has been my go to restaurant for Persian Shih Kebobs for many years. Today I had my favorite Joojeh the tender pieces Kebob chicken with basmati rice. Both the service and food quality was good and reassuring. Their ground beef or chicken Kebob are also quite tasty.

Beware of price difference between menu available via Google Maps and what s on the restaurant s in house menu. I ordered via phone for a take out dinner. I expected to be charged as per the online menu. However, I was charged almost double for one dish and 50% more for another dish. Not sure who s at fault. It s best for the customer to be aware. I have uploaded both menus with prices.

Low quality food and overpriced. I took 12 people from work here and honestly was embarrassed. I don't mind high priced dishes but only if they deserve. Lamb dish was tasteless. Salmon kabob (tasted like salmon was frozen) only had 4 very small pieces on the skewer and mostly burned. Vegeterian Ghaymeh Bademjoon was just yellow lentil (not quite cooked) with red tomato sauce and one piece of eggplants.

Not a good place to take a groups. We arrived at 5:30 and there was no one in the place. There was 10 of us and they suggested family style order to save on costs. We ended up paying far more than if we had ordered individually ($50/person). The Kabobs were burned as they tried to rush a big order at once. The food was mediocre at best and way over priced. The expensive "SALAD" was a head of lettuce placed in a plate and on the side a cut up tomato. You have far better Persian food options in Bay Area. Avoid this one!

Quite horrible. The food barely had any taste. I couldn't eat it. My sister thought the same. She had the shish kabab and the kabab didn't taste like anything (didn't even taste like beef). I ordered the fesenjun. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It's absolutely not worth it to pay such a price for bland food.
