xcode is a great supplement to the Ancestry DNA test. It provides a lot of detailed information in easy to follow reports. Turn around time is quick. I had my reports within about 4 hours. Pricing was more than fair. I got a lot of information for not a lot of money.

Quick and easy results. Loved that there were different options to choose which specific testing you wanted rather than having to purchase all of the tests for $150+. Great option for those with 23andMe results.

I purchased the Mega kit and it was amazing to read all of my reports. I was really interested in what food categories help me to lose weight and which make me gain. It was also interesting to read the different health issues and what things I am at high or medium risk for.
I also liked the recommendations on what vitamins and minerals I was lacking in and if I needed to increase my intake.
Most of the personality traits were SPOT ON as well!!!
I would highly recommend getting these reports!

I purchased the Best Seller Pack that includes Nutrition, Fitness, Health, Allergy, and Skin reports and used my 23andMe gedcom files. It was easy to download from 23andMe, easy to upload to XCode, and I got my results back within a day. Very interesting info. Not sure ALL of it is accurate, but still very worth the money.

I tried another DNA report service and couldn t understand it at all. Xcode was very easy to read and gave me some great insight into my health issues and ways I can improve. Lots of interesting info!

I recently had my DNA from Ancestry and it was fun and helpful. I didn't know there was Raw Data with that account from Ancestry. The download to XCode was easy once they sent me a step by step guide on where the Raw Data was stored on Ancestry. Who knew!? Not me. The results were speedy quick--less than 24 hours back to my email. Overall, the takeaway I wanted was to know more about the specific genes related to Celiac Disease and gluten sensitivity. My Dr. has refused to test me and I really wanted to know so I could take care of myself. This test showed me I am a carrier of a Celiac Gene and could be Gluten Sensitive based on my DNA which I can't change. The only thing I didn't agree with was the segment about Scoliosis as I do have that and according to this test I am only a normal risk. There was also a lot of information that was a little advanced but good to know as I age.

I ordered the most popular bundle around 5pm and had it by 10pm the same day! It was laid out in a really easy to follow way, and I learned a lot really good info about my self that just wasn't available on 23andme and using promethease.

After downloading my raw data, I received my info the next day. I was shocked by how thorough the reports were. I started making lifestyle changes right away.

I did all reports, uploading my raw data from ancestry. The reports were really in depth and thorough, I was surprised at how much information was there. I really liked the feedback and suggestions that accompanied the reports, actually giving a direction instead of just random trivia facts about my DNA. Xcode Life has a lot of really good products that take your raw DNA data to the next level. The prices are extremely reasonable and can help you build a good foundation for all aspects of your health. Each individual health packet comes with lots of items with full descriptions, where you stand, and what you can do to improve. Not only is it information, but it is actionable information. I plan to give this information to my doctor as well to get an even better understanding of what is going on.

The only thing that could be improved is that there could be more granularity in each category - there are only 3. A percentage might be better.

Xcode life helped me find my autistic toddler's MTHFR status, which was difficult because we could not collect saliva. We used MyHeritage and had a hard time finding a service to decode his raw data.

It was very easy to upload my raw dna file and I got the reports back within 24 hours, as promised. I can be a bit of a hypochondriac, so I was nervous to see the results, but my fears were put to rest as I saw low/average susceptibility to all of the bigger health concerns. It was worth it for peace of mind alone, and I imagine if I did find higher susceptibility to something it would have been very helpful to discuss with my doctor. The reports are very detailed, easy to read and understand, and well organized. These are not the end all be all in terms of profiling my health, but they were fun and helped pinpoint areas to look out for. There were a couple of items where the test confirmed things I already know (e.g., high likelihood for freckles, certain vitamin deficiencies, allergy sensitives etc.), which boosted my perception of the validity of the rest of the results. I highly recommend using Xcode to analyze your raw data. I used it to analyze my data from 23andme as well as my father's raw data from ancestry. The reports provided so much insight into my general health, fitness, nutrition, allergies, and skin care. I'd been putting off ordering the other service because the reviews were hit and miss and it took a long time to get your results if you ever did (too many people had been waiting months). Xcode was super affordable, used my results from 23andMe (nothing new to pay for there!) and promised results within 24 hours. They kept their word! In less than 24 hours I had really great detailed info on the perfect marco breakdown for my DNA along with health reports, skin and precision nutrition recommendations. I had a great experience with Xcode. As far as I can tell, it is the most detailed raw DNA analyzer I have come across. Yeah, it was a little expensive but you get what you pay for. I was able to find a nice coupon to bring the price down. Overall I really enjoyed the reports and mostly finding out which gene variants I had pertaining to genetic diseases. It helped me a lot. Also the methylation report was really informative. I made a few changes to my supplement regimen because of it.

I had many reasons to have my DNA tested, and while Ancestry gave me *some* information, as an adoptee, I had so many more questions. Xcode helped fill those gaps and dissipate the feeling of having no genetic grounding in life. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth!

I recently did 23andme and was excited to see my results, but once I received it, I thought there would be more information would be available. I found Xcode Life online and decided to give the comprehensive report a try, and my excitement sparked again. It took roughly 2 hours for the report to be generated once you import your data, which isn't close to how long they estimate (24 hours).

The reports come in PDF forms which you could download or preview directly on the browser. The report itself is neatly organized and provide you with all the information you need to know before you jump into it, which can be overwhelming at first.

Coming into this, I knew that I wasn't going to depend on these reports to change my life, but rather, use it as information for the possibilities of my life. What intrigued me the most is the nutrition as I noticed it was almost spot on with what I am going through except a few predictions. I had been going through health issues the past year had a bunch of testing done, but everything came back negative. I honestly thought it could be some sort of deficiency, but I could not pinpoint what exactly. The health report stated that I have a high risk to be deficient in B6, B12, E and D. With the information, I will request my doctor to perform some more test for deficiency on those risks.

I found Xcode through an instagram Ad, then I researched the company to see how legit they were. They were indeed legit I took my Ancestry DNA files and submitted them to Xcode, and less than 24 hours later i received my analyzed Nutrition file! I loved learning about what macro ratio is best for ME based on my DNA. I loved learning about what nutrition best suited me.

SCAM Alert!!! I uploaded two reports and ordered their Mega Package...total almost $200. No reports, no way of contacting customer service, and they don't respond to their chat option. This is in INDIA and is a SCAM!!!

UPDATE: They came up with one of the reports and not the second. It was NOT corrected immediately, it was (and continues to be) a painful process trying to get through their "Customer Service" to even get the first report. I'm not sure why they are selling products in the US and yet not covering that time zone with anyone in "Customer Service". Again, they still have NOT fulfilled the order, nor refunded my money.

My raw dna information came back in a superbly organized results, very satisfy with Xcode services, great communication and super fast delivery. Thank again!

I have taken every possible test for DNA out there.
I also have an extensive paper trail that goes back hundreds of years for many lines.
I am primarily European with some other Ancestry including South Asian.
But some of the current biggest tests in America simply don't focus on any admixture outside of Europe.
Xcode did an amazing job highlighting admixture that I know I have, but no one would guess without truly relevant references. Thumbs up!

I heard about xcode from Rhonda Patrick on Joe Rogan's pod cast. Being from America everyone is a melting pot so I think it is good to get tested to see what health risks etc. would be good for you to hedge against. These reports were easy to read and I was able to send my 23 and me over very easily took 5 minutes to order.

Hey folks, my name is Kyle Andrew and I recently used Xcode Life to learn more about my testing results. I was pleased with what 23andme handed me, but after a doctor friend of mine mentioned that you could upload the data to Xcode and receive MUCH more comprehensive information (I had no idea this was a thing) I rushed to do so right away. The results are so, so much better. I doubt I will look at my 23andMe data again.

Xcode Life was fairly priced and easy to upload my raw DNA. I have two raw DNA files, one from ancestry and one from 23andme. I wish there was more guidance as to whether one or the other is the more accurate one to use. Received 5 detailed reports quickly. Some of the findings are vague and personally inaccurate, as are the ones provided with 23and me. The finding that 'jazzed' me the most was Anorexia finding. Of the 13 chromosomes that indicate for anorexia, I had 12. I can confirm that this finding is 100% accurate for me. I was diagnosed and treated for anorexia from the time I was 15 to 21. (I'm 55 now). This finding in itself made the test worthwhile as I can confirm the condition. Xcode indicated that I'm possibly gluten intolerant, have a deficiency of Vitamin K and magnesium. I only mention this because I have subsequently uploaded my DNA to an app called GINI, and that service indicated the same possible intolerance to gluten, and the deficiency of Vitamins K and magnesium. Xcode recommended a nutritional macro 55% carb, 15% fat and 31% protein. GINI was slightly different, 40% carb, 28% fat, 31% protein - but that adds up to 99 so I don't know what to think about that! Overall, I was excited to receive the results, and it was an interesting overview of possible health and lifestyle directions to take.

The process to purchase the reports and upload my genetic data was seamless and the reports were delivered within the day (approximately 10 hours from upload).

XcodeLife's reports are presented in a very user friendly and easy to digest format. The standard format is a introduction with some interesting facts and information to help you understand the report. The next section has a summary of your results by each trait name, possible outcomes. This is broken down into more detail in the next section with a detailed explanation of each trait, with reference to the genes analysed, as well as recommendations with action points on how to help develop/use/address this trait.

Overall great product, highly recommended.

Loved reading about my areas of strong health and those that should be monitored from Xcode. Some surprises too! Who doesn t want to learn more about THEMSELVES. Easy to follow directions to upload and download data.

Quick results and a well-organized report that agrees with StrateGene but goes into far more detail. Clearly explains likelihood of various effects from known SNPs. The nutrition report gives good guidelines for likely vitamin supplement needs, and the MTHFR report is essential if you're a carrier with a tendency toward hypomethylation. Doctors tend to forget this, but methylation is foundational to maintaining and operating all of the body's systems in a healthy state.

While I had initial reservations, the cost I received was low so I took the gamble on a company with which I wasn't familiar.

The report upload wasn't super clear as to which raw data file to be uploading. I chose the wrong one first.

The report processing time could be improved. For something that is or should be automated, there was a longer turnaround time than expected. However, the reports came within a day though.

For areas where the portions overlap with reports I've gotten from other providers, information was consistent so there wasn't evidence that information is random or not actually tied to the data uploaded.
