I initially ordered two high fin wolf fish, but the owner quickly notified me that only one was available and promptly issued a credit for the missing item. We applied that credit toward two red oscars, and I am so glad we did. While I was initially disappointed about the stock issue, the customer service was fantastic throughout the process. The red oscars are absolutely stunning—their vibrant color contrasts beautifully with the rock and bog wood in the tank, even more so than any other fish I have seen. The wolf fish I did receive is healthy and looks even better than I imagined. I will definitely be buying more fish from them in the future.

I purchased a Schoutedeni from Worldwide Fish & Pets in New Haven about two weeks ago, and it has been a great experience. The fish arrived the very next morning in excellent condition. It is clearly healthy and shows no signs of parasites. It’s also quite friendly—by the second day, it was already eating right from my hand. While it definitely has a taste for snails, it has also started enjoying red wriggler worms. I would highly recommend this store.

I got my pufferfish from Worldwide Fish & Pets in New Haven last week, and the experience was top-notch. The packaging was secure, and the customer service was excellent. Petey is getting comfortable in his new home. While I haven't seen him tackle snails yet, he really enjoys hunting for bloodworms that hide in the plants.
