Terrible company don't work here they treat employees badly. I found out i had a lump in my neck and was in the process of trying to figure out what it was and told my manager I could not go on a an extended work trip out of town until i knew what was in my neck. Him and another manager called me back threatening to fire me for "refusal of work" saying that if i wanted to keep my health insurance that i wouldn't turn down any work. Oh and i also was electrocuted because my trainer gave me bad instructions on how to properly test an inverter for power. Seriously if you value yourself in any way don't work here

Once upon a time... (fast forward)I ve been at site for over 6 months. My lead never knew what I was getting paid. Obviously because he didn t care, only goal was to finish towers. I had no prior turbine experience, but was immediately expected to go to the hubs (external) and wire them as directed, keep in mind other guys that have been in the wind industry for years, Still haven t been to a hub and made more than me. Not sure how that makes sense, anyway This site has almost concluded, I have successfully wired 68 towers GE 2.3s & 2.8s, with no issues and no prior experience, when I asked my lead about my offer to travel. He said yeah you can travel and just changed the subject. I brought the notion back up and was like what about a raise, he began to tell me I would stay @ the same pay 17$/hour.at that moment it dawned upon me that he had no idea what I was getting paid. I gladly told him I would like to be on unemployment IMMEDIATELY following the completion of the site. Other note, other leads miss 2-5 days, no call no shows and never get fired, I never missed one day, I love for my checks to be fat so any day I miss only negatively affects my pockets. Oh and please take this into considering, $100 a day for travel may sound like a a lot. But they will ship u from site to site with no notice. For example, on the site I was at travel techs would show up pay for a hotel 2-3 weeks in advanced. Only to be here 3-4 days and with no notice get shipped out to another site multiple states away. It s extremely difficult to get your money back from those hotels and to go along with that. Do you know what type of caliber hotel you are staying at for $100 a night. Let me go ahead and inform you. Plenty of bed bugs and cum stained pillows. My advice, get in learn what you can and get out. They don t care about your well being or paying you. Horrible company to work for. Stepping stone company, but on a positive note I had a blast writing this review. To expose them for what they are. If you get a lead by Derrick Mayne, lol the the sh!t show has just started for you.

I Joined this company because I believe Solar and Wind is the future ahead and growing. Overall awesome company ! Great people to work with that give you the opportunity to excel in the field and grow with the company.

Good to start at and make connections. Other than that get out. The employees are what make it worth while, Management fails at everything, half the time they don t even know who is working if where.

these employees do not obey the speed laws our road Melsetter is post 25mph and the dust and environmental damage and damage to the road from them speeding is not repairable. I personally have had very close call from their truck not being in their lane due to there speeding and corner cutting.

Awesome company for this small town. Great people to work for.

Id like to say that in the begging it was a bit rocky but every effort was made to make things right during my time here .I have no complaints and the management is getting the ball rolling .I have now worked for the company for a year now and I can say that the training and management are some of the best in the industry , pay is based on your experience so don't expect coming in at a high wage without it ,If your a hard worker and have a good head on your shoulders you be just fine .
