Workrite ergonomics

This company deserves a second chance. The delivery of product took a while to arrive, but their product and customer support really outperforms the wait.

Take the negative reviews here with a grain of salt; this company just went through what I imagine was a pretty difficult time. This company is generally a business to business retailer, but they do offer their products to the general public through their website. Recently they had a deeply discounted desk that found its way to an internet deals site and got a lot of attention. Workrite quickly ran out of product, but their website did nothing to halt the sales. They have since tried to do the best they could to remedy the situation by fulfilling these orders with comparable replacement products as you would expect a decent business to do.

My experience with them was mixed, the back and forth in negotiating the replacement was tedious and frustrating as were the facts that their follow up communications could be spotty, their fulfillment was slow, and that they allowed themselves to get into this mess of such severe lack of inventory to begin with. But at the end of the day I feel like I got a very good quality piece of office furniture for a very good price and that Workrite did the right thing and tried to honor the commitment they made when I purchased from them. I don't think I will have the opportunity, because their regular B2B prices are too rich for my blood, but I would not hesitate to do business with this company again if the opportunity presented itself. (real ranking is 4 star, but ranking 5 star here to make up for the under informed negative reviews)

I ordered a Workrite desk at the beginning of February on 2/3/2021. I received the original desk but received what appears to be a base from an entirely different Chinese company. They don't seem to actually have or ship original workrite products.

I ordered a 42''x30'' Ascent 3 standing during a fire sale on 2/3/21 with WFH50 coupon code - final price $260. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock and I have received a delayed answer on 2/12/21. After calling to the customer service, no cheaper/similar alternative was offered to me. A refund is in process. I also placed two more orders of $175 and $180 with the same deal which were honored. Be careful ordering from them and check before if they have the item in stock even if it is listed online.

I have had the Solace solution for my Sit/Stand desk solution for a year and have been thrilled with it! I can not believe I could have gone this lone without it. I know they primarily do solutions for corporate America but the Solace was perfect for my home office.

I agree with the previous post about the tough situation this company found themselves in. From my perspective, they did everything possible to make the situation right, and while it took a few weeks, I now have a very high quality standing desk and couldn't be happier. I would certainly do business with Workrite again.
