Work partners

WorkPartners has been the worst company to work with. First, it took anyone a MONTH to get back to me. And the only reason someone reached out at all is because my manager escalated the situation to the head of WorkPartners and HR twice. Second, my point of contact was impossible to get ahold of. She only reached out to me when she needed something, but whenever I needed something or had a question, I never got a response. They also conveniently lost the paperwork they had requested from me but did not reach out until a week after it was due and two weeks after I had sent it in. I would give WorkPartners negative stars if I could. I m convinced no one there even shows up for work. Absolutely horrible service.

I faxed in the required paperwork and they conveniently lose it along with denying my FMLA.

For someone whose been try to get FMLA you think the process wouldn t be hard....wrong. I had to fill out forms twice due to incomplete info. Now, that wouldn t be a problem with a 15 day grace period, if only these idiots would only communicate. The only communication you ll get is a letter when your denied. No emails, no calls, nada..Now, you can call to get in touch with someone but you get sent to a answering machine instead after talking to a receptionist. A simple question 5 minute call can t be achieved with this company. You ll get that call back after many messages left, 2 months later though. Incompetent employees. Imagine almost losing your job and going through difficult times, for someone to follow up with you and apologizing that you got denied and asking do you have any questions or help? . Yeah go pound sand. Can you do that for me?

Have used three separate times and each time has been a headache.
Faxed all the required paperwork that they requested. Heard nothing back until 3 weeks after my leave, after using up all my personal time.
Left messages for a call back. Nothing......

This company is awful. My personal medical documents was sent to my co worker and I received coworkers medical documents in the mail. This is very unprofessional and unorganized. They take long to process something simple like emailing forms.
