Anyone with a one star review did not have the proper skills for the job sought after. For me, it was seamless. Sent resume online. Got call for interview. Valencia placed me very quickly with a job perfect for me. Very happy with whole process. Whole staff is friendly and very helpful, even payroll. Definitely give them consideration!!! I have used them twice.

Workforce underpays. Does not tell you that you have to pay for your own drug screening and background check. If you take a temporary job they will notlook for you a full time job. They don't care about the people who needs jobs, they only care about the employer. When my job ended they lied and said I found another full time job. Go with Spherion Staffing.
